9x^0 is 1

3x^2 = 3x X x

3x^2*(9x)^0=3x^2*1\to\boxed{3x^2}

Every number wich has the exponent 0 is equal with 1, and the exercice turns into:

3x to the 2nd power multiplied by 1.
