Fraternal twins develop from the fertilization of what?

Fraternal twins develop from the fertilization of two eggs or ova. Fraternal twins are formed from two eggs fertilized by to sperm cells which produces two genetically unique children. It is different from identical twins because for identical twins only one fertilized egg splits and develops into two babies.
