How did job specialization brought about by surplus food contribute to social stratification during the Neolithic Revolution

Answer:

It brought upon social stratification because certain jobs enabled receiving more food which in turn gave these people the upper hand as they were able to decide who will have enough food to survive. Another thing was blacksmithing and smithing swords only for themselves which gave them a weapon that other people didn't have.
