The ratio of the width to the length of a rectangular garden is 2 to 3. Which of the following could be the width and length of the garden.

A. width= 12 feet, length= 13 feet

B. width=18 feet, length=12 feet

C. width=24, length= 39 feet

D. width=12 feet, length=18 feet


PLEASE HELP ME.

To understand the question, we note that width: length = 2:3, which means that width/length = 2/3, or width < length.
In simpler word, the length has to be one and a half times the width.
There is only one choice that satisfies this requirement out of the four.
