The molar mass of a compound is the summation of the product of the molar mass of a specific element multiplied by its respective number of atoms. In 1) Li has a molar mass of 6.94, Cl has a molar mass of 35.45, with a total of 42.39 g/mol of LiCl. 2) has a molar mass of 150 g/mol.
