m(\widehat{ACP}) = m(\overset{\frown}{AB}) \\ \\ \Longrightarrow~~~(3x+1)^o = (2x+7)^o \\ \\ 3x+1 = 2x+7 \\ \\ 3x - 2x = 7-1 \\ \\ \boxed{x = 6^o }
