The one who said the given line above is "Polyphemus". This line refers to the situation wherein Polyphemus rebutted the plea of Odysseus for hospitality. Antinous is reminding Odysseus of the divine lineage of the Phaeacians. Antiphates is boasting of the Laestrygonians' supernatural strength. Eurylochus is rebutting Odysseus's plea to leave Helios's cattle alone.
