Identify the polynomial written in descending order.

4x3+ 12x2− 5x − 1
−1 − 5x + 12x2+ 4x3
−5x − 1 + 4x3+ 12x2
12x2+ 4x3− 1 − 5x

descending order means the highest exponent comes first, and constant term comes last.

if we check the 1st polynomial,
the exponents of each term are,
3,2,1,0 which is in descending order.

so the polynomial 4x3+ 12x2− 5x − 1 is written in descending order :)
