8. Let f(x) = 3x + 2 and g(x) = x - 3. Find f(x) - g(x) and state its domain.

f(x) - g(x)
becomes
(3x + 2) - (x - 3)

which is
3x + 2 - x + 3

then add like terms
2x + 5

so f(x) - g(x) = 2x + 5
and it's domain should be all real numbers
