It was B. President Jimmy Carter.

I searched for "Which U.S. president invited Egyptian president Anwar Sadat" and it basically gave me this answer:

A peace treaty was signed by Anwar Sadat (Egyptian President) and Menachem Begin (Israeli Prime Minister) in Washington, D.C., US, March 26, 1979. US President Jimmy Carter planned this meeting (and a few others w these people).

That's basically the answer I got. Hope that helps!!!
