Developing economies, like Nigeria's, are in the process of moving from a rconomy that is based from agriculture to a mixed economy. Nigeria's mixed economy is composed of socialism and capitalism. They are now ranked as the twenty-first largest economy in the wolrd in terms of nominal GDP and twentieth largest in terms of Purchasing Power Parity.
