The only statement that is really an accurate one concerning the Qur’an is that it was compiled after the death of the prophet Muhammad. Most experts believe it was first compiled by by the Caliph Uthman. The other possible answers for this question are all incorrect - Muslims follow the Qu'ran in their daily lives, and do not just refer to it during particular religious events.
