x³ + 2x² - 15x
= x( x-3)(x+5)

first we can factor out an x
then we find a pair of numbers that multiply to -15 and add up to 2
this would be 5 and -3
because 5 times -3 = -15
and -3 + 5 = 2
we would then get
this would be you answer :)
