Your friend isn't convinced her workouts should include bone strengthening exercises, and she questions spending time and energy on them. What should you tell her?

Now is the perfect time because peak bone mass happens at our age. Activity will protect against bone density loss but not osteoporosis. As much as you strengthen now, it will hardly affect you later. Teen bone mass development is minimal so waiting is smart.
