We have to choose which type of stretching is not recommended for most people other than professional athletes. Ballistic stretching is stretching using the momentum of moving body in attempt to force it beyond its normal range of motion. This type of stretching can improve tendon elasticity but it can also lead to injury. It is recommended only for the top athletes. Other types of stretching are good for nearly all people. Answer: D ) Ballistic stretching.
