B. Heredity.
You can't change what your parents gave to you! It's part of your DNA.

Heredity. The man can avoid getting ill from the things he eats, whether he smokes or not, and can do exercise to be healthy by the power of choice! If he inherits a disease from his family, it is something that he cannot control, avoid, or change. It's like trying to change your DNA!!
