Bone strengthening activity deals with running, brisk walking, etc.
So I'm guessing jump rope will be the answer, because you jumping and that's kinda like running or swimming. I'm not sure but I know its one of those.
Because yoga deals with muscle and stretching is pretty much the same with yoga, because that's what yoga is.

Answer: c. Jumping rope

Step-by-step explanation:

The bone-strengthening activities are those activities that produce an impact or force of tension on the bones. These bones promote the strength and growth of the bones.

The examples of bone-strengthening activities involve jumping rope, skipping, hopping, running, weight lifting, gymnastics, tennis, volleyball, and basketball. The children and young people must perform these activities for the smooth functioning of the musculoskeletal system.
