For a rectangular prism, if the base length was shrunk by a factor of two-thirds, the width was quadrupled, and height was cut in half, how would the changes affect the surface area formula?

The surface area of a rectangular prism is this:
SA = LW + LH + LH

Here are the changes:
L --> (2/3)L
W --> 4W
H --> H/2

So, the new surface area is:
SA' = (2/3)L (4W) + (2/3)L (H/2) + 4W (H/2)
SA' = (8/3) LW + (1/3) LH + 2 WH
