The answer is Capitalism. Mercantilism is a form of Capitalism. It is not a form of socialism, communism and Laissez-faire. Similar to Capitalism, Mercantilism is an economic theory. The theory allows the wealth of a country is based from collect gold and silver. The theory also says that the country exports more than importing gets richer.
