Which type of electromagnetic radiation cannot be focused?

The type of electromagnetic radiation that cannot be focused are x-ray and gamma rays. The photons connects with other photons and not surfaces. When a photon hits an atom it can distribute to any direction. The only way to limited both types of electromagnetic radiation would be through interference.
