2(2/5) + 2(2/5 x 1/4)
0.8 + 0.2
= 1

It has a perimeter of 1 metre.

P= 2(2/5 + 1/4)
2/5 + 1/4 = 8+5/20 = 13/20
P= 2 x 13/20 = 13/10
