The correct answer in this case is c - Both A and B.
So the answer to your question what are the markings at intersections for cyclists called is that they are both bike boxes as well as advanced stop lines. Both are correct.

The answer is : C. Both A or B
Advanced stop lines and bike boxes are a same thing.
During the traffic, only cyclists are allowed to cross this advanced stop lines or bike box, preventing them from potential accident
