m=slope
b=yint
slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(2,4) (3,8)
Slope=(8-4)/(3-2)=4/1=4
y=4x+b
(x,y)
(2,4)
4=4(2)+b
4=8+b
-4=b
y=4x-4
