Hi there! Well 3 doesn't show a fraction, 3 is a whole number. 3.7 doesn't show a fraction, that is a decimal. √2 isn't a fraction, it is a square root. So, we only have one answer choice left and that is 3/7. Therefore, the answer is C. 3/7
