58 is the answer because absolute value means how close a number is to 0 now on the other hand if it was -58 then the absolute value would be positive 58

So in practice "absolute value" means to remove any negative sign in front of a number, and to think of all numbers as positive (or zero).

so the answer is { 58 } :)
