The correct answer is most likely D. Bent, linear, and tetrahedral all refer to molecular geometry or shape (VSEPR theory). Lewis structures are basically diagrams which shows you where electrons are on a molecule using dots to represent electrons which is why they are sometimes referred t as electron dot diagrams or Lewis dot diagrams.
