Hi there! We know that 1/4=0.25*100=25%. If you add the 3 in 3 1/4 it would be 3.25, 3.25*100=325. Therefore, the answer is D. 325%

3 and 1/4=3+0.25=3.25/1
percent means parts out of 100 so x%=x/100
3.25/1 times 100/100=325/100=325%
