The correct answer is B. She helped
rule England while King Richard the Lion-Heart was leading the Third Crusade. Eleanor of Aquitaine was first the Queen Consort of France when she was married to her first husband. After their annulment, she married King Henry II and bore him sons, one of whom became King Richard who led the Third Crusade. She became Queen regent during the crusade.
