How young people perceive drugs can differ based on where they live, how old they are exactly and in with what kind of friends do they hang out. The thing is that if you're a youth who hangs around "bad youths" that experiment with drugs, etc. then it's more likely you will have a more positive attitude towards it and vice versa.
