Historians often refer to Nelson Mandela as the "Father of South African Democracy". Mandela was born on 18th of July in the year 1918 and died on 5th of September in the year 2013. He was greatly influenced by the non violent movements of mahatma Gandhi. He mainly worked for the anti apartheid movement in South Africa.
