The possible environmental effects if the RDP houses will not be delivered would be pollution. There would be water pollution when settlers possibly dump their waste in rivers or oceans which might affect any living things dependent on it. Industrial/Residential waste will possibly contaminate the land and sea.

Answer:

Land and Water contamination.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • The government provides a subsidy on the housing schemes that have been made by the state government to the low-income families. Government Subsidy houses provide a rented benefit to the people. The RDP house settings must meet the standards that are given by the National Housing Subsidy Scheme criteria.
  • Various other aspects of the RDP are the dealing with the housing and the clean water and the electrification and the Land reform development with some of the other effects on the environment at the largely impoverished population.
