Summarize how plate tectonics plays a role in the formation of volcanoes

The tectonic plates move slowly and can vibrate causing disruption beneath the ears surfaces and causing the volcanic core to heat up and cause an eruption where it spews out not only lava, but melted rocks and ash. The ash then becomes air born and spreads whilst the melted rocks (molton lava) soon cools once it has hit the ground and the eruption is over
