I don't think it could be A or B seeing as you could just take them away without any mistakes. But between C and D, I'd pick D.

The correct answer to the question above is (d.) The answer will be the same: school work first—then a movie. The sentence "The answer will be the same: work first—then a movie." used the dash correctly, also the sentence was grammatically correct.
