6 x 7 = 42
6 x 6 = 36
So the range is 37, 38, 39, 40, 41
The only one where the digits add up to 12 is 39

6*6=36
Therefore the possibilities are 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41
3+7=10
3+8=11
3+9=12
4+0=4
4+1=5
Therefore your answer is 39
