makes a right triangle with legs legnth 6 and 5
a^2+b^2=c^2
c=legnth of rope
5^2+6^2=c^2
25+36=c^2
61=c^2

sqrt both sides
√61=c
aporox7.8 feet

7.81 Feet

The length of the longest side(Hypotenuse) is the Square root of the Length of the sum of the 2 shorter side lengths squared

Length= \sqrt{6^2+5^2} = \sqrt{36+25} = \sqrt{61} = 7.81
√(6^2+5^2) = √(36+25) = √(61) = 7.81
