The perimeter of the scale drawing is 7.25 or 11.875 or 14.5 or 47.5 centimeters.

U.S Flag - rectangle in shape
scale of 0.5 cm = 1 in
length of the scale 2.5 cm
width of the scale 4.75 cm
perimeter of the scale = 2(L+W) = 2(2.5+4.75) = 2(7.25) =
14.5cm
perimeter of the actual flag is:
14.5cm * 1in/0.5cm =
29 inches.
