This Problem Is Actually Quite Simple If You Look. There Are 60 Minutes In One Hour. A Proportional Relationship Will Help.
10 60
---- = ---
1 X

10X = 60.
-------------
10 10
X = 6.

Since X = 6, That Means Richard Can Walk 6 kilometers In One Hour. :D
I Hope This Helps You!
