Are individual empowerd and do they understand their human right or when their\the right of others are being violated .provide five reason for analysis and standpoint

I think that often the individuals don't really know their human rights. This is because for example, when the boss is bullying his or her employees, many people 1) allow it, 2) do not report it 3) Do not protest when they see it happen to others and also often they don't 4) even know that it's their right not to be bullied.

Finally, they might also suggest to other coworkers to allow it, if they fear they might loose their jobs.
