How was the Second Great Awakening important to slaves' religious beliefs?

The Second Great Awakening together with the First Great Awakening were both important to slaves' religious beliefs become they were the reason why revivals of religion especially in the Original Thirteen Colonies. This was when thousand of people saw Christ. This was when Methodists, Baptists, and Protestants became higher in population.
