(x ^(-4) )^(5)

Apply exponent rule :


(a^b)^c = a^ ^(b.c)


=x ^((-4)*5)


(-4)*5


= - 20

Apply exponent rule :


a ^(-b) = (1)/(a^b)


= (1)/(x ^(20) )
