basically eliminate
try eliminate y's
multiply second equaiton by 3
9x+3y=54
add to other equation
4x-3y=11
9x+3y=54 +
13x+0y=65
13x=65
divide 13 both sides
x=5
sub back
3x+y=18
3*5+y=18
15+y=18
minus 15
y=3
x=5
y=3
