6,400 because looking at this chart Kilo,Hecto,Deka,Liter,Deci,Centi,Milli Milli is 3 spaces to their right of Liter so 3 spaces to the right of 6.4. It would be 6.4, 64, 640, 6400. That's 3x so that would be the answer.
