First 3 terms: -2, -1, 0
10th term: 7
Explanation:
n = 1,
n - 3 = 1 - 3 = -2
n = 2,
n - 3 = 2 - 3 = -1
n = 3,
n - 3 = 3 - 3 = 0
n = 10,
n - 3 = 10 - 3 = 7
