It is false that Spanish conquistadors were not concerned with Native American uses of peyote. As a matter of fact, they were very interested when it came to that topic, because they didn't know what Native Americans used peyote for and how many uses were there when it came to this cactus. However, unfortunately, they didn't ask them politely, but came there to take their lands.
