Usually, as Elevation increases the weather gets colder and the climate becomes harsher, drier, windier, and colder. As elevation decreases like on regular land that most people live in it gets more humid, moderate heat, and warmer. Also their less Air as elevation increases.

At higher latitudes, climates become colder. The closer you are to the ground, the warmer it will be, but if you're far from the ground, it'll be cold.
