If you would like to estimate Lake City's population 50 years from now, you can do this using the following steps:
1.3 * 3600 = 4680
1.3 * 4680 = 6084
1.3 * 6084 = 7909.2
1.3 * 7909.2 = 10281.96
1.3 * 10281.96 = 13366.548 = 13400
The correct result would be C. 13,400.
