where is the amount of water vapor in the air likely to be highest, above a desert or a tropical rain forest?

Desert due to the high temperatures, therefore any water can evaporate and will be in the air as water vapour. In a rainforest it is usually cold so it is less likely that there will be water vapour as there is not much water evaporating.
