Zuberi needs to take 2 pairs of jeans and 4 shirts for every 4 days he spends at camp. Drag jeans and shirts into the box to show what he needs to pack for 14 days at camp.

First you would divide 14 by 4= 3 with 2 extra days. So you would mulitpy the (2 jeans & 4 shirts) times 3 = 6 jeans & 12 shirts + 1 jeans & 2 shirts for the extra days. so the answer would be 7 jeans and 14 shirts

Answer: Zuberi needs to take 7 pairs of jeans and 14 shirts for 14 days he spends at camp.

Explanation:

Given: Zuberi needs to take 2 pairs of jeans and 4 shirts for every 4 days he spends at camp.

According to the situation, number of jeans and shirts are directly proprtional to the number of days he spends at camp.

Let x be the number of jeans and y the number of shirts for he spends 14 days at camp.

then,
(x)/(14)=(2)/(4)\\\Rightarrow\ x=(14*2)/(4)=7

Similarly,
(y)/(14)=(4)/(4)\\\Rightarrow\ y=14

Hence, Zuberi needs to take 7 pairs of jeans and 14 shirts for 14 days he spends at camp.
