If the area of a circle is 31.36pi, then what is its radius?

**I have been thinking about this for an hour, but I'm not sure if my answer is correct?

you would:

31.36 divided by pi and that will give you r2
you would then need to divide r2 by 2 to get the radius and there is your answer
I got:
9.982 for the first part
then 9.982 divided by 2= 4.991 for my final answer
