4x^2 - x - 7
x^2 + x + 2|4x^4 + 3x^3 + 0x^2 + 2x + 1
- (4x^4 + 4x^3 + 8x^2)
-x^3 - 8x^2 + 2x
- (-x^3 - x^2 - 2x)
-7x^2 + 0x + 1
- (-7x^2 - 7x - 14)
7x + 15

It is equal to 4x^2 - x - 7 + ((7x + 15)/(x^2 + x + 2)).

(4x4 + 3x3 +2x + 1)/ (x2 + x+2)
